Board certified in both Hematology and Oncology
Active Indiana license
DEA (or easily transferable)
Board Certified
Payor enrolled
Required Procedures / Skills
Knowledge of NCCN guidelines
Emergency response skills for medication side effects
Chemotherapy treatment plans
Assignment Details
Patient volume: 20 patients per day in clinic
2 physicians and 2 APPs in practice
Support staff includes 3 RNs and 2 MAs
