Position Highlights Schedule: 4.5-day workweek (primarily daytime clinic hours)
Patient Volume: patients per day
Call: Only 5 7 shifts per month (pediatrics call via phone only)
Practice Model: No RVUs, no production pressure
Setting: Outpatient clinic with hospital collaboration
Practice Details Four 8-hour clinic days per week
One half-day for charting and/or patient care
Supportive, team-oriented environment
No competition for patients focus on continuity and quality
Additional Responsibilities Pediatric call handled by phone (5 7 shifts/month max)
Discharging newborns when on call
Facility averages deliveries per year
Hospital has OB/GYN coverage in place
Compensation & Benefits $300,000+ Annual Salary (Negotiable) (W-2)
Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
Student Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000
$5,000 CME allowance annually
35 days PTO + extended illness time
