New Job Details
Location: Indiana
Duration: July December (potential ongoing)
Reason for coverage: vacancy in department
Schedule: 1-4 weeks per month
Shift: Monday Friday, 7a-3p (must be available all five days in the week to be considered)
Call: none
Scope: Bread and butter, general, urology, ent, well pediatrics 2 and up, ob (no hearts, no sick peds)
EMR: Epic
Hospital: Level III trauma, 261 beds

Requirements (boards, license): Board certified or board eligible. Prefer an active Indiana license but will consider compact licensure.
