Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Pay Rate: $130/hour

Start Date: ASAP (90 Day Credentialing)

Contract Length: 3 to 6 months (ongoing need)

Shift Details: 8a-5p. Call Schedule: 1:6

Schedule: Monday Thursday.

Support Staff: 1 RN, 8-10 MAs, 2 LPNs. Will need to supervise 3 other CRNAs

Patients per day: 12-18 patients

Patient Population/Age: 25% adult 35% Peds 40% Geriatric

Department Description: Mostly outpatient. Some inpatient
