This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 8a-4p. August 13th-24th
• Patients per day: 12-15
• Practice Setting: Care Facility
• Scope: Standard Primary Care
• State Licensure: Pennsylvania Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Board Certified.
• Responsibility for Mid-Levels: Medical Assistant
• Credentialing Timeframe: None
