In this collaborative environment, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. The focus is on delivering exceptional nursing care while promoting patient recovery, safety, and quality of life.Position Overview

- 3 12-hour shifts per weekCompensation & Incentives
- Salary range: $32.94 - $49.36/hour
- $20,000 sign-on bonus for 3rd shift with a 1-year work commitment (available to both experienced RNs and new graduates)

- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred
- New graduates are encouraged to apply and are eligible for the sign-on bonus
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
