Otolaryngologist (ENT) Pueblo, COSouthern Colorado Äî High-Demand Community with Substantial Growth Potential Position Details Full-time, permanent position Setting: Outpatient clinic, hospital, and on-campus outpatient surgery center Call: Shared ED call Äî 1 in 5 rotation EMR: Epic Äî utilized system-wide Practice OverviewSeeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a growing ENT practice with significant unmet community demand in Pueblo: Build a rapidly growing patient panel due to substantial unmet demand for ENT services in the region Perform high procedural volumes across outpatient clinic and surgical settings Diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck Perform a wide range of ENT surgical procedures at the hospital and outpatient surgery center Collaborate closely with audiology specialists for integrated hearing and ENT care Work alongside experienced ENT physicians who provide mentorship and professional support Provide consultations for ENT-related conditions referred by regional healthcare providers Level III Trauma Center with on-campus outpatient surgery center Large multidisciplinary health system with strong referral networks and collaborative specialties Physician-led integrated health system employing approximately 2,000 physicians and APPs Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $458,000 Äì$508,000 annually Quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates Paid malpractice insurance Generous CME allowance 403(b) retirement plan with employer matching contribution 457(b) voluntary retirement plan option if eligible Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Disability coverage including coverage for eligible dependents Wellness benefits Flexible Spending Accounts (health care and dependent care) Health Savings Account (available with HD/HSA medical plan) Paid Family and Medical Leave including Colorado FAMLI Leaves of absence and contractual time off based on FTE status Identity theft protection Pet insurance Employee discount programs Required Qualifications MD or DO Äî Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Äî required Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain Äî required DEA Äî required, must be obtained prior to start, no exemptions Clean malpractice and license history Äî highly preferred NPDB Self-Query Report within 30 days Äî required, no exemptions About the Community Äì Pueblo, Colorado Vibrant city in southern Colorado along the Arkansas River Known as the "Home of Heroes" Äî rich history and strong community pride Affordable cost of living with diverse housing options and excellent schools Abundant outdoor recreation including hiking, fishing, kayaking, and mountain biking Gateway to the Rocky Mountains with world-class skiing and adventure nearby Thriving arts and cultural scene with museums, galleries, and live performances Pueblo Memorial Airport with regional connections Approximately 1 hour south of Colorado Springs and 2 hours south of Denver
