Job description

If you've been weighing a Hematology/Oncology opportunity but want something more stable, better resourced, and simpler to navigate day to day, this deserves a look.

Why not join a practice where the systems, staffing, and referral base are already established, freeing you up to focus on patients instead of working around constant inefficiencies?

What the Practice Looks Like

You'll be stepping into a well-established Hematology/Oncology team backed by a reliable referral network and steady patient volume. The schedule is designed to keep you productive without pushing you to the edge.

Everything you need is available on site, including infusion services and the clinical support necessary to keep care coordinated and running smoothly. The group itself is genuinely collaborative, made up of experienced physicians who value each other's input and work well as a team.

What Makes This Different

Workflows built with intention.
The practice has been structured to avoid the bottlenecks that slow physicians down elsewhere. Scheduling, staffing, and patient flow are all designed to work for you, not against you.

Support staff who know what they're doing.
You'll work alongside experienced medical assistants and oncology-trained nurses who keep things moving and provide real clinical support throughout the day.

A team, not just a group.
This is a collegial environment where physicians communicate openly, exchange ideas, and support one another. Whether you're early in your career or well established, the collaboration here is genuine.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with additional incentives tied to quality and performance

  • Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage

  • Generous PTO and CME support

  • Clear path toward partnership and leadership opportunities

What They Are Looking For

  • Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology

  • Active or eligible New York medical license

  • Active DEA registration
