Join Our Team as a Staff Physician - Internal Medicine in Dallas, TX!

We invite you to be a part of our cutting-edge Value-Based Care Clinic located in Dallas, Texas. This facility is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, population-centered care. As a core faculty member in the Internal Medicine Health Equity Track, you will play a vital role in mentoring residents while promoting health equity, quality improvement, and community-centered medicine in a collaborative academic learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Health Equity Track
  • Supervise Internal Medicine residents in a clinic-based experiential learning environment
  • Provide real-time clinical teaching in primary care, population health, value-based care, and health equity-focused practice
  • Teach residents to integrate social determinants of health and community-engaged care approaches into clinical decision making
  • Participate in journal clubs, lecture series, case conferences, and resident workshops
  • Mentor residents in quality improvement initiatives and health equity research
  • Collaborate with program leadership to enhance curriculum aligned with ACGME competencies
  • Deliver comprehensive Internal Medicine care utilizing evidence-based guidelines
  • Improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare disparities
  • Deliver coordinated, team-based care alongside care managers, pharmacists, and social workers
Qualifications:
  • Completion of ACGME or AMA approved residency
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Texas Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Interest in resident education and academic medicine
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care environment
  • Experience in medical education, health equity, or value-based care is highly preferred
License and Certification Requirements:
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (REQUIRED)
  • Texas Medical License (or willingness to obtain) (REQUIRED)
  • Clean malpractice and license history (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
