Compensation
Current compensation structures include:
- $160,000 $180,000 for select part-time outpatient schedules
- $300,000 $400,000 for many full-time attending and Medical Director opportunities
- $400,000+ for select leadership and multi-site positions
- $450,000+ for a major inpatient hospital Medical Director search
- Flexible part-time compensation based on weekly coverage
- Monthly stipends for select low-hour administrative Medical Director roles
- W2 and contract structures depending on the opportunity
