Requirements:

Completion of ACGME or AMA approved residency - REQUIRED , no exceptions.
Board Eligible / Board Certified in appropriate specialty - REQUIRED .
Texas Medical License (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED .
At least one professional reference within 24 months - REQUIRED .
Does your candidate require visa sponsorship (NOT ACCEPTING VISA CANDIDATES) - REQUIRED .
Clean malpractice and license history - HIGHLY PREFERRED .
Experience in medical education, health equity, population health, or value-based care - HIGHLY PREFERRED .
Interest in resident education and academic medicine - REQUIRED .
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care environment - REQUIRED .
