Must be able to read mammography to include stereotactic biopsies, needle localization, biopsies. Reason for need: Vacation coverage Length of need: Ongoing Minimum # of shifts per month: 7 Setting: Inpatient Privileges: days Submission Requirements: Licensing and Other Requirements: Active FL license (must have at the time of presentation) Active DEA for all onsite Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible MQSA Required if performing Mammo Must be available to speak with clinical leadership Required Procedures: Must be proficient in all areas of diagnostic radiology to include, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, fluoroscopy, PET.
