- Shift: Monday/Tuesday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (onsite) + Night call; Weekends: Rounding at 8:00 AM, then on-call until 8:00 AM the next day
- Hours/week: 40+ hours/week
- Employment Type: Contract (full-time coverage, including weekends)
- License/Certifications: BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or BC in General Psychiatry with completed CAP fellowship
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in psychiatric medication management, adolescent development, and family systems
Pay & Benefits: - Pay Rate: $273/hour
- Night Call: $750/night
- Weekly Pay via direct deposit

What You ll Do: - Provide psychiatric care to children and adolescents, managing 6 12 patients daily
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans incorporating medication and therapy
- Oversee and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and guardians
- Manage challenging behaviors with therapeutic interventions
- Handle admissions, medication management, and crisis de-escalation, including night and weekend coverage
- Maintain documentation and adhere to legal and safety protocols
What You Need: - BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or BC in General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship completion
- 2+ years of relevant experience in adolescent mental health care
- Strong foundation in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate compassionately with patients and families
- Knowledge of adolescent legal, educational, and safeguarding frameworks
