This role offers the ideal blend of community-based practice with the full clinical and subspecialty support of a nationally recognized pediatric health system. Our off-site NICUs allow physicians to build meaningful relationships with their care teams and families while practicing high-acuity neonatal medicine in a more personalized setting. Strong, experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner support Extensive pediatric subspecialty coverage available Call from home 186 shifts annually Balanced mix of tertiary acuity and community newborn care 12 hour shifts Level III - 45 licensed beds, 11-14 daily census with 3500 deliveries. MFM local partnership. No surgeries, no cooling but trying to start. 32 low baby weight cases annually and have vents. Highly competitive salary and generous employer retirement contribution.
