Objective / Purpose Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Group Home Manager oversees daily program operations, including staff supervision, client services coordination, household management, and compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities1. Staff Supervision & DevelopmentPartner with the Program Manager to recruit and interview candidatesCreate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtimeTrain and orient staff in areas such as safety procedures, household operations, documentation, incident reporting, and client-specific needsIdentify and coordinate ongoing training needs; maintain training recordsProvide regular supervision through meetings and role modeling2. Program Coordination & DevelopmentComplete individual evaluations and attend team meetingsServe as a liaison between programs and professional staffEnsure timely and accurate completion of all documentationMonitor program effectiveness and recommend changes to the QDDPEnsure consistent delivery of services and supportsManage household needs, including supplies and maintenance3. Recordkeeping & ComplianceOversee completion and accuracy of staff documentationComplete required daily, weekly, and monthly reportsMaintain up-to-date client and program recordsEnsure all licensing documentation and requirements are met4. Direct ServiceProvide direct care support as neededAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, medication administration, nutrition, and household tasksSupport clients with community outings, appointments, and social engagementPlan recreational activities and encourage community integrationServe as a role model for both clients and staff5. Case ManagementOversee person-centered planning through development and management of the ISACoordinate services and appointments with providersSupport staff and clients in identifying goals, strengths, and needsTrain and monitor staff on implementation of strategies and supportsEnsure services align with ISA requirements and regulatory standardsParticipate in the on-call rotation Requirements: EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.A minimum of 3-5 years' supervisory experience.Microsoft Outlook proficient.
