We're seeking an experienced Board-Certified OB/GYN Laborist for an ASAP locum opportunity in Jamestown NY. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who enjoy Labor & Delivery coverage without routine clinic responsibilities.
Position Highlights - Schedule: 24-hour in-house Laborist shifts (8:00 AM 8:00 AM)
- Coverage Needed: Approximately 5 shifts per month
- Maximum: 5 consecutive 24-hour shifts
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Practice Setting: Hospital-based Labor & Delivery
- EMR: Epic
Practice Details - Average 2.5 deliveries per day
- Average 2 admissions per shift
- Average 5 inpatient census
- Midwife coverage Monday-Friday (7 AM-7 PM) with weekend backup
- APP support available
- Physician call room located in Labor & Delivery
- No solo coverage
Credentialing - Full, Temporary, and Emergency Privileges Available
- Estimated credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Travel Travel expenses are covered, including:
- Airfare
- Lodging
- Rental car & fuel
- Personal mileage reimbursement
