  • Licenses/Certs: PA Medical License, Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, BLS certification, DEA required
  • Experience: 30+ years preferred; outpatient primary care experience in VA or community clinic setting

Pay & Benefits:
  • Pay Range: $135 $150/hour (Approx. $280,800 $312,000 annually at full-time)

What You ll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to enrolled veterans, including diagnosis, treatment, and health education
  • Manage patient care plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model
  • Conduct routine health assessments, including basic women s health exams (training available)
  • Ensure same-day access through face-to-face, telehealth, and phone visits
  • Review test results, update care plans, and communicate effectively with patients and team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain documentation accuracy
  • Act as a liaison between the clinic and the VA, adhering to federal and VA policies

What You Need:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO)
  • Active Pennsylvania medical license
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Prescriptive authority
  • Willingness to train in Women s Health exams
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
  • Passing VA background check and compliance with all safety standards
