Pay & Benefits: - Pay Range: $135 $150/hour (Approx. $280,800 $312,000 annually at full-time)

What You ll Do: - Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to enrolled veterans, including diagnosis, treatment, and health education
- Manage patient care plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model
- Conduct routine health assessments, including basic women s health exams (training available)
- Ensure same-day access through face-to-face, telehealth, and phone visits
- Review test results, update care plans, and communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain documentation accuracy
- Act as a liaison between the clinic and the VA, adhering to federal and VA policies
What You Need: - Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Active Pennsylvania medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Prescriptive authority
- Willingness to train in Women s Health exams
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Passing VA background check and compliance with all safety standards
