Pathology Physician

Locums -A well respected healthcare system is seeking a Pathologist to provide temporary coverage in northern Illinois.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Pathologist
• Coverage needed week of September 14, 2026
• Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule
• Possible night call and 24-hour weekend call
• Responsibilities include pathology case sign-out, grossing, peripheral blood smear review, blood bank support, cellular adequacy checks for FNA and CT-guided biopsies, and clinician consultations
• Must be comfortable working independently
• EMR EPIC
• Active IL license, CSR, DEA, recent case logs required
• Rate $200/hr, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
