Details/Requirements:
Child and Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatry services
Services include a comprehensive program of evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients under 18 years of age whose primary diagnosis is a psychiatric disorder
Psychiatrist Minimum Qualifications:
Must be physically and mentally capable of discharging all professional responsibilities as provided in this contract
Must be Board Certified Child & Adolescent or Adult Psychiatrist or Board Eligible Psychiatrist within three years of graduating from an accredited training program in psychiatry.
Must possess a valid license to practice medicine in New York State
Must possess a valid National Provider ID # (NPI)
Must possess and maintain a valid DEA
Must be able to perform majority of client care functions needed with minimal orientation and supervision
