- Credentialing: Expedited credentialing available (approximately 4 weeks)
Minimum Requirements - Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certification preferred but not required
- Certifications: Fellowship training in Rheumatology required
- Licensure: Active California medical license required (no exceptions)
