Job Responsibilities
- Provide cardiology care in both a clinic and hospital setting
- Perform procedures including nuclear reads, stress tests, cardioversions, and manage echo monitors
- Collaborate with a supportive team and APPs, particularly in interventional settings
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
- Nuclear and Echo Boarded; CT Boarded preferred but not essential
- PA License or qualified IMLC status
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cardiology
- DEA registration required
Working Hours
- Full-time coverage needed per month with varied dates
- Call rotation includes 1-2 nights per week and occasional weekend call
Skills
- Proficient in reading CT scans, nuclear reads, echos, and performing cardiology procedures
- Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Decisive, adaptable, and capable of providing comprehensive care under varied schedules
